Our Products

We take pride in our products and only use quality woods, finishes and nickel free metals for the many people with sensitive skin to metals.

We do not use or advertise hypoallergenic metals as hypoallergenic basically just means below the normal level and can still contains enough nickel to irritate the skin.
​
As our products are made of wood, they should be kept away from any moisture to prolong their life. Moisture can react with the woods, glue and metals and deteriorate them at a higher rate than normal and shorten your enjoyment of them.

Payment and Shipping
Typical turnaround time is 1-3 business days from the purchase date to make and ship out your order.

Shipping fees will be added at checkout along with any applicable taxes.
​
We are currently only shipping within Canada.
​
Orders ship as regular mail without tracking or insurance.
We place your earrings in a sturdy shipping container to avoid possible damage during the shipping process.
​
If for some reason your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Payments are made safely and securely through Paypal. Any personal information provided will not be given to any third parties and will only be used for the specific reason you provided it for.

Returns & Refunds
We do not accept any cancellations due to the nature of making products for each individual order.
We also do not accept any returns or exchanges due to hygienic reasons.

If you have any questions, concerns or product arrives damaged please contact us directly and we can resolve any issues regarding your purchase. In some circumstances we may need photo proof to verify damage before we send out new products free of charge.
